I’m caught in a weird complacent/good money (for my area)/benefits vortex, where it’s like, well, this is the devil I know and I’m really good at my job, but I also hate it. LOL?
I’ve been thinking about other careers I might enjoy - Tripp keeps telling me to apply for museum jobs, but that would require a lot of a commute (there’s only one here, it’s got two staff people, and they don’t have the money to fix their roof, so....). I wanted to be a nurse when I was a kid, and I know I’m smart enough for it, and I’ve thought about a paralegal certification, but but but. Agh.
