Heh, I have books like that all over the place. The writing is gorgeous in places but I just couldn't keep at it. Gratuitous use of the word 'savages' probably.

Heh, CREEP AWAY. I used to have - like everyone else, I'm sure - this notebook full of handwritten quotations from everything that I loved. This is way less messy.

I never had a book, but tumblr has sort of made me fond of typing up book-quotes. It's kind of just the right place for that sort of thing.

Tumblr really has accentuated my magpie ooh shiny instinct, but I don't really mind? It's easier to stay out of navel-gazing that way.
